The students in the BCA program are ages 7 to 14 years old and the "CIT"s, or Counselor - In - Training are 15 to 18. The Counselor - In - Training Program is designed for high school students with an interest in the arts, computers, writing, and/or sports, who enjoy working with children and in a cooperative, team environment. CIT' s work with the Program Director to create an individualized schedule for the summer, assisting with teaching classes which interest them.
