Breakwater Creative Arts
(ages 7 - 14)
BCA will continue to offer exposure to a variety of performing and visual arts, as well as a creative approach to science, engineering, writing, athletics and outdoor adventure. We are shifting from a five-week session to two three -week sessions at a lower cost. Campers will be given the opportunity to choose their own classes from a wide variety of disciplines, taught by experts in those fields, and may make different selections for each session should they attend both. The three-week commitment will lead to an evening of culminating performances, a gallery opening and the sharing of final projects. The program will include special event days, guest artists and experts, mini-workshops in specialized areas, field trips, noon time show when students share works in progress, and a free choice period.
Activities include: Advanced Musical Theatre Workshop, Musical, Show Tunes, Hip Hop Dance, Newspaper, Creative Writing, Film, Creative Drama, Ceramics, Sculpture, Painting, Drawing, Sports, Lego Robotics, Low Ropes Course, and more!
Breakwater Creative Arts is adapted by special arrangement with the Charles River Creative Arts Program in Dover, MA.
