Breakwater offers a complete after-school program for all students, including our younger students.

The AfterCare program runs from 3 pm to 6 pm, 5 days per week.  Students from the Preschool program are brought to AfterCare by one of their teachers, and given the opportunity to sit at a separate table during snack time in order to make their transition as smooth as possible.

Preschool children have their own playground with age appropriate play equipment.  After outdoor play, the children may choose from a variety of activites including quiet reading, seasonal activities, indoor games, art projects, and field trips.  We have found that as the school year progresses our preschool students become more interested in interacting with the older students, and our older students are happy to engage them.
