Alex Johnston has been named a Coast 93.1 Teacher of the Year!
Breakwater’s own Alex Johnston has been named one of Coast 93.1's “Teachers of the Year” thanks to a letter submitted by Kendra Murray, one of his second grade students.

 
Breakwater Celebrated Earth Hour!
People across the United States and around the world came together on March 29 from 8-9pm for Earth Hour. Here at Breakwater, we wanted to be part of the celebration as well!

 
Middle School Students Reaching Out
On March 11th, Breakwater's Middle School students met with Hashim Allah, local poet, President of Amistad Arts, and civic minded citizen, to discuss the building and donation of six bookshelves full of books to the children living at the Leeds Group Home, just north of Lewiston.

On February 9th amid the falling snow flakes, over 165 people from the Breakwater Community came together to socialize, dance and celebrate all that is wonderful about Breakwater School.
