Breakwater’s curriculum in Kindergarten through 5th Grade covers nine subject areas. All subjects are taught to students through curriculum and activities that are developmentally appropriate for that grade, so the approach to a subject will evolve as a student moves from Kindergarten through 5th grade. Many class activities involve either most or all subjects at Breakwater, and revolve around a theme. Our Annual Events such as World Travel Week and Earth Week are examples of integrated thematic study at work.
